Seasonal pitch

Hi all this year we have gone for a seasonal pitch had a few health problems over the last six months or so just wondering the pitch I’m on is grass do I bead planks under the wheels to stop it sinking also what about protecting the tyres from the sun thanks in advance

Planks are a good idea given the wet ground conditions and will aid levelling if required. Shielding the tyres will give protection from UV. Doesn’t do any harm.
 
If you google caravan wheel protectors then you will find cheap elasticated covers and you might consider the so called wheel tyre cradles too
