Selling?

No, the rules have not changed. Advertising is not allowed.

I have sometimes turned a blind eye when there's been a post about a new product that I think would be of interest to caravanners in general.

If users think that is wrong and the rule should be 100% then make your views known.

A "classified" section exists on many other forums and I would have no objection to a classified section on this Forum but I would prefer it to be a dedicated section, not ad-hoc "For Sale" notices on varied Topics.

It works well elswhere, best example I know being the Land Rover Forums where such a classified section provides an excellent "meeting point" for buyers and sellers.

Could be better than the Free Adds where I had some very unsavoury characters turn up whenever I have advertised things, and a better alternative than the paid adverts that for me at least produce very little responce apart from the Dutch Money Scam artists.
