Servicing

Hi folks.
First time on this site so excuse me if I'm waffling.
Just had my Abbey Vogue serviced today by a guy called John Mackay who runs Caravan Care of Warrington.
John turned up at where I store my van and set about checking everything out. I had a couple of issues with my water heater and my heating in the van and thought I would be handed a very hefty bill at the end of the service but glad to say John had fixed my problems by checking the systems and only finding loose connectors.
when I was given the bill I was over the moon as I had just been charged for the service and a breakaway cable.
I have to say if you live in the Cheshire/Merseyside area and want a mobile service or repairs carrying out then do yourself a favour and give this guy a bell on ; 01925 710250 or 07713 001338.
The website address is www.caravancare.co.uk

First posting and advertising - tut, tut, tut.
Assuming Whitey66 is the customer then isn't his recommendation of a good experience acceptable within the rules?
The company he mentions has good acknowledged accreditations with the NCC and Clubs.

I'm just a suspicious so and so. Perhaps giving just a website address may have been sufficient without the 2 phone numbers.

As far as I can tell the OP has no link to the servicing company as such , other than as a happy customer.
On that basis I am allowing the post to stay as it is not for personal profit.

If we took out all the positive posts as well as all the others we have to we may as well shut the site.
Each time a post is put up with a pointer to a good company we try and ascertain its reason and if it is an attempt to self profit then we will remove it.

However, there are some posters who actually do profit from replying to posts due to their specialised services they provide, but they do not overtly advertise the fact , which we allow to stand in order to help caravan owners who would otherwise be looking at very expensive other options.
