Just returned from a long weekend at this site in Sutton in Ashfield and feel compelled to let everyone know what a good site it is. The staff were very friendly and helpful (only our second outing) and the toilet and shower facilities were absolutely immaculate. The location, opposite a newly established country park makes it ideal for those with dogs or who enjoy walking/ cycling. The local pub, The Carnarvon Arms, serves good, reasonably priced food and everyone is very friendly. We would recommend this site to everyone and will certainly be returning.

We went last year to this it only an hour for use to get there. Hardwick Hall is just up the road as well.

The sit is on what used to be a Coal board car park and the established country park used to be the pit yarded and the pit top it was called Wellbeck Colerey at it time.

The toilet and shower are very clean and the sit is clean there is a small park for the kids to play on we fond the pitcher were a bit on small because if you had your caravan and the awning up you had to put your car in fort of your awning and the road the site seemed to be a bit tight to get caravan round.
