We used Sheepcote Valley for a week in March 2007. It is the usual CC site, well maintained helpful wardens and, a bit of a rarity, it has serviced pitches, if you want or can get on one. The use of these however dictates which part of the site you can use. However be aware if you do use a serviced pitch carry a variety of connectors to connect to the water tap (the warden will loan you one in necessary). Also some of the TV ariel connections were not working, but after contacting the Regional manager I was assured that they would be repaired. There is plenty of space on the site for kids to have some fun etc.The toilet blocks are spotless. As regards Brighton parking is a nightmare we were advised to take the car and park it in the marina, quite close, and take the bus into the town centre - this worked for us. We enjoyed our week and will repeat it again soon.
