Shower Drainage

We have a Lunar Lexon EB and have found that even on level ground the water does not drain away from the shower tray. Our last caravan - Lunar Clubman, had a seperate shower cubicle and did not have this problem. Is there anyone out there with the same problem? Dealer has changed the tray and now says there is nothing more they can do - Any advise?
 
We had this problem, the shower trays are not bonded to the floor in any way so sometimes the drain is a little higher than the floor, you would find that most of these bathrooms the floors are little more than a thin sheet of plastic moulded to the shape of the room. In fixed showers they tend to have a better tray which has a built in fall to the drain. This is why we never used the shower in the Bailey Ranger or Elldis Avante, it took longer to dry the floor than it did to shower.
