Side of Caravan has dropped 20-30mm

I own a 2015 Elddis Avante 576 and the left hand side of the caravan has dropped 20-30mm only from the A frame to the side its bent the floor. This has caused other issues but I was wondering if anyone has ever fixed this problem.

Its only really from the front of the van to the wheel its worse by the suspension which only has 300mm from the large frame.

I did think about undoing all the fixtures and jacking the edge slowly back up then welding some galvanised box or U frame to the A frame however without some kind of trianglar support this would probs not hold it.

Just wondered if any techincal experts out there might have done this before.

What can you see from inside of the floor between upper side of floor to the upright of the wall ... anything internally look a miss? also what is the condition of the floor near the corner steady?

The floor and the side are still intact just lower and the internals look a miss all the fixings and doors don’t line up or open. The steady’s holes don’t line up with the bolts.

The front corner is not as bad as the side of course with this side dropping the other side has gone up, the roof light is leaking water. I’ve changed the axel twice and helped for a bit until in time it gets worse. I replaced the plastic mud guard and noticed the corner was way out.

Without seeing it I can only surmise that the side has parted company with the floor,perhaps it may be beneficial to seek a competent person to examine it

The wooden floor has warped downwards without breaking anything from the A frame to the side of the caravan, had an expert around who told me it was the axel I tried to explain and show him it’s not the axel but in 18 years he’s never seen this and as he’s a one man band didn’t wanna take it on.
If I unscrew any remaining attatchments and plank and jack the side up slowly. Then weld some bars from the axel to the side but it will need some kind of triangular support to give it strength. I have to try something or it’s a scrap job.

Any remedial carried out must not alter or compromise the structural integrity of your caravan,I assume that due to the faults you mentioned that something has failed,better to seek someone that has experience of such scenarios for safety sake
