Help! I broke the key tring to unlock the toilet cassette door. I've taken the lock to pieces and removed the broken key but cant work out how to put the lock back together. My local dealer is to busy to fix it and the Swift Helpline just keeps cutting me off! Does anyone have an idiots guide on how to put 1 lock barrel, 3 bits of plastic and 3 springs back together?

I found a caravan owning locksmith who told me to take the door off and lay it down flat on the floor. Hey presto it can only fit back in to place one way.

Same thing happened to me a couple of days ago, I pressed the button to open the door and whole thing fell apart.

I managed to find the 3 springs and work out how to put the other 2 bits of plastic together..... Why are we putting up with such rubbish and locks which are obviously not fit for purpose.

""Wake up caravan industry"" We are paying a fortune for this dross.
