Simple Insurance

Hi Don't know whether this helps but my mum has Fortis household insurance. Last year she lost her false teeth. Claim sent in on the Monday, cheque for £600 recieved the following Friday. Amazing!!

We have household insurance through the AA as brokers but Fortis are the insurance company. Had a major leak in our shower which came through lounge ceiling. We sent three estimates, they sent a cheque for the average, no problems at all.
