Simple question re gas bottles

Handy to know all this, I'll probably consider running the Trumatic E2400 and any interior gas rings/gas fridge off Calor Propane instead using a 6Kg Bottle, and keep the other cylinders for outdoor cooking and lighting during the Summer.

Does anyone know whether you get any money to return empty Camping Gaz cylinders you no longer use?

I did used to have the V8 Discovery running on Autogas for 120,000 miles, really miss it, but not all the bills as the car got older.

Thank you so much to all who have replied, you have all been helpful. I plan on getting it fully checked out and until then the fire remains off. I have been away for a few days and loved it. When I put it in for storage I will get it all checked out . The van is a 1992 Elddis Typhoon, although you wouldnt recognise it now as it's been refurbished.
The bottles are in the front, which I thought is called the bulkhead, although it has an interchangeable regulator (currently bkue) although I'll change to red, after the advice received.

Thanks again folks.
