Hi Darren, try Camping Des Roses at Les Sables d'Olonne - it'sa municipal site but god facilities and decent sized hedged pitches, only about 1/2 mile walk from the beach and the town centre. Les sables is a thriving seaside resort in the Vendee, very family friendly, with lots for mum & dad too! The restaurants are great and really lovely with young children. We used to take our 3 there, from the ages of 2,3,& 4 right through to their teenage years and they always loved it. Book your ferry crossing through the CC - they're much cheaper.

Hi Darren, if this site is the same as the one in eurocamp's brochure at St.Hilaire de Riez, then we visited that site a few years back and had a very enjoyable 2 weeks there, plenty for small people inc pool, sea and beach across the road and plenty to see. there is a bar and shop plus eating. although the area is flat a bit like norfolk, we found it very easy to get too.
