We keep a Trigano pop-top (1.95H x 5.0L x 2.0W) in our garage. Your measurements are 2.23H x 5.48L x 1.83W. You can get a Trigano or Eriba that narrow, but most production caravans are 2.10-2.20 wide. One or two main manufacturers make narrower versions, but I can't remember who. Have a trawl around some websites - if you start with the Explorer group you can cover several marques in one go.

You should be able to find one that meets your height and length requirements relatively easily but I think you'd be hard pushed to find a caravan of only 72" width. If there's no way around your width limit, I think your only alternative will be a tent trailer.

Yes, Mike's right about Eribas. Their smallest models, the Puck 120 and the Puck 225/230 are 65" and 71" wide, respectively. The larger of these 2 models is 81" high and 181" overall length.
