Sizing a Bradcot awning

Hi there, I have finally got around to digging out my Bradcot awning that we haven't used in many years. It's in perfect condition still so I'd like to sell it. However, I'm a little unsure of the size. Laying it out on the lawn and measuring from above the skirt on one to the other it comes out at 900. However, it's closer to 930 if I include the skirts. The only label I could find was a YKK one tucked under the beading wich had 930 on it. I'm guessing therefore that it's a 930. But I don't want to mis sell - can anyone confirm this.
Thanks in advance,
Ian

[*]If by 'skirt' you mean the piece that lies flat on the ground at the bottom of the wall - then ignore it. The way to measure length on the caravan is the AA measurement ie ground to ground, which of course doesn't include anything flat on the ground.

Edit - see here

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought the same until I saw the YKK label. I may have mis-measured slightly but not by 30cm.

Yes, but the label was tucked under the beading. I'd have ignored it if the length stated wasn't so close to my measurement
