Hi Denise. A photographers tripod makes a excellent dish stand as the legs are all adjustable and they have 360 degree turntable on top so directing your dish both vertical and horizontal without moving the tripod is a doddle. I use a zone 2 dish for weak satt signals as i live in northern Scotland and a 20 metre cable length to get around any trees or obstacles near the van, and get a 12v/240v satt receiver so your not stumped for tv if there are no leccy hook ups available as sites are going to be very busy this year.
