I haven't been out yet but it looks very very cold outside. On the forecast, it has predicted heavy snow in our area commencing 6pm.

Hi Lisa

Went out this morning into freezing conditions! Had to be done as Maisie required her morning walk. Fought through a blizzard on our way home. Now just the odd flake and sunshine! Just cannot wait for 6pm!

Happy Christmas everyone

Near worksop,Yorkshire we have had two short down falls of snow today, giving a light covering, but roads still clear.

Visibility is good.

At 13:43 hours the outside temperature was 2.2 degrees C, with humidity at 81%

Christmas has finally arrived.

It looks lovely on Christmas cards and that's all that can be said for it.

Birds can't feed, people slipping and breaking limbs often leading to death from pneumonia, the whole country grinds to a halt if we have as much as 1/4 inch, streets look like open sewers due to the black slush, oh yes, it's lovely ... heh! heh! heh!

Merry Christmas ... bah! humbug :O(

No it's not - we've got four inches and snowing heavily here. Both OH and youngest son are stuck in traffic on their ways to work and our cul de sac is like an ice rink. I've got Christmas shopping still to do, but I won't go out today as 'my journey is not essential'!!!

We had a bit more snow overnight probably 3 to 4 inches but not bad. At the moment sun is shineing and not a cloud in the sky and quite cold but healthy.

Minus 4 degs. Even the dogs were cold this morning. Had to run them hard. Now I need a bath to warm up. No snow.

Cheers

About 6 inches in Maidstone (well, that's what I tell Mrs Chrisbee lol). Only 3 out of 25 made it to work today at 6 am. Thank goodness for my Sportage.
