spring assisters

Hi can anyone tell me if by fitting spring assisters will it raise the height of the back of my car ??

I use Mad airbag spring assisters and they do just what you ask and raise the height back to normal when the caravan is hitched up

Thanks its just that my towbar is a bit low and could do with being a couple of inches higher I got my suspension checked at a garage and they said it was ok. They suggested that the use of assisters would do the trick.
