We are thinking of our first trip to France with the van next year. Would you experienced ones recommend a good site somewhere on the west coasts. Our outfit is a Senator Indiana S5 towed by a 530d BMW touring. Any suggestionwould be much appreciated.
 
If you are going as far as Bordeaux (or beyond), try a site at St George-de-Didone near Royan.

Can't remember its name, but near beach and close to end of 'prom'.

Heated toilet block, both sides of access road, some static vans.
