Stable Door hinge pins

Both upper and lower door hinge pins appear very worn. I can't remember what they were like when new 🙁
They appear to have nylon inserts on both top and bottom of each hinge.
Do you think I can buy new inserts or will I have to change all the hinges complete?

If you can split the hinge ( mine do ) and pack it with silicone grease 😉 it won't affect the nylon bush and it can be used on the door & window seals to stop them sticking 😉 ....

Then decide if new ones are required .....
