stopover at baie de somme

I know theres a services, it has all the wildlife namely giant and stuff.

Does anyone know if you can sleep over there?

Yes, if you mean in a caravan! There's an area especially for caravanners. As you drive in you come to the Services Building, but you carry on around the mini-roundabout and straight in front of you for perhaps another hundred metres. To your left is a cul-de-sac with bays especially for caravans, with pinic tables and rubbish bins. It's a chicane entrance so HGVs can't get in but caravans can, and there's a turning circle at the opposite end.

You can sleep overnight in there, and you don't get much disturbance except for the odd gendarmes checking out everything is OK, or a very late-arrival (like us who get there about 2.00 am). We stay there almost every holiday! You can use the showers in the Services Building, and buy a breakfast too if you wish.
