Hi

I wonder if anyone can help - recently whilst on a site in Swanage I saw someone using some very useful pegs - plastic and not quite 90 degrees and they didn't pull out of the ground in strong winds.

Then when I got home I was flicking through one of the caravan magazines and saw them. Now I can't find the magazaine and have tried a search on the web but no luck.

Does anyone know the pegs I am talking about, and can they direct me to a website?

I think I've seen these too.

I've looked in the Towsure book, ebay and googled 'storm pegs'

No joy.

I'll keep an eye open though.

Hi Annabell

I've tried all sorts of pegs over the years. The best for me are 8" steel "screwpegs" . You can hammer them into grass or hardstanding. Removal is simple with your cordless power drill. They supply a small adaptor for this purpose.

Never had one pull out in some really bad storms.

Never seen "Stormpegs" in action. See below. Is this what you are after? IMO don't look as good as screwpegs but they seem to be steel so must be strong?
