Suitable stops on A6 to Dijon

Hi we are driving from Dieppe around Paris to a site near Dijon - we would like to stop somewhere once we are passed Paris so we can take an extended rest break. Does anyone have any recommendations or top tips for this journey,

We have stopped here for journeys both south and north.

Aire d'Achères Ouest

ps edit. There are a good number of stopping off places ranging from fully serviced aires to the smaller aires with just a toilet block. Main ones about every thirty miles with smaller ones in between.

No, we tended to land at Dunkerque or Calais and go clockwise around Pais starting the ring circuit at CDG airport. Although once did miss a junction and finished up in Center by Eiffel Tower. ☹
