Been in contact with Broadway Leisure Wrexham got a problem with getting the heating on spoke to someone he said the previous owner might have put it his way on the Swift Command Control Panel and Settings icon hold for Manufactures Settings and in the top corner Heating set to none press Home icon (looks like a house )
Alde Control Panel
Settings
Reset
ok
Set to 30
( Cheese wedge off
2kw
Gas Flame off
But seeing I am fairly new at this Alde system I think I would prefer a AWS Caravan engineer to come to my caravan on it pitch and show me, what would you suggest I would appreciate any help on this matter.

I don’t know how the Swift Command panel interacts with the Alde. But the Bailey panel I have simply provides the power. All other control is done from the Alde panel.

The Alde panel can take a lot of getting used to. For this YouTube is great. Give it a go.Alde have an extensive set of videos, there are also many private ones. Some rubbish, some very good.

With being near to Wrexham I have an excellent AWS engineer that could possible assist (it would be chargeable but he does our van servicing and repairs and is very trustworthy), I can’t post his number on the open forum but if you message me I will pass his name and number on - I seem to remember you are on the Plassey?

If it is an AWS engineer; contact details will already be in the public domain. Hence there should be no problem posting a link to their listing on the AWS website, or to their own website if they have one.

Thanks Mel,
BB will have to have a search for someone to assist, I dislike posting contact details anywhere in the public domain tbh.

Is there nobody on site that could help. Another van , the site manager will have the number of local caravan techs.

On the Swift touch screen go to electric. . Press the lightning symbol to activate power and/or gas symbol. . Go to heating settings. Adjust temperature setting. . . There should be a "normal" and "timer" symbol. . Press normal. . . I've experienced similar frustrating problems but by perseverance I managed to get heat. .
