Swift delivery times

Hi all, just wondering if any of you have recently taken delivery of a swift, or are planning to take delivery.

we have ordered a conqueror due to be made next week and wondered if they are on time!

Hi Andrew & Sally,

I was expecting our new Sterling Elite Onyx mid to late February, but received a call from our Dealer (Stuart Longtons, Chorley, Lancs. [Excellent Dealer] to say it had arrived late January. Collected it Friday 8th. Feb, first trip planned to Meathop CC Site Wed. 27th. Feb.

Swift seem to be ahead/up to delivery schedules based on our experience.

dave we have the same van just got back from a week in dorset love it apart from the condensation on the ali window frames.

also when you pop over to it next have a look and make sure that the whole word ( sterling ) is on the mirror by the sink for me please.

ours is missing the g so it reads ( sterlin ) .

its also got to have the outside satalite plug thingey check its wired correctly but apart from that its ace.

Seems there's a lot of us on the forum who have ordered a new Swift!

If you contact them sometime next week, they will tell you if it has gone into build or which day it is expected to do so. Ours went into build last week.

Ordered a sterling europa in october for delivery 16th feb and got on 18th which is brill because we live in northern ireland so it does need to get over the irish sea. My mum and dad also ordered a sterling elite onyx due feb 16th and got it on the 16th. hth

We ordered a Spectrum 535 at the NEC show (oct) for delivery March 1st, getting excited now.

They contacted us beginning of Feb wanting us to take delivery early. Bearing in mind other posts it does look as if Swift is currently in advance of its order book.

Just had a progress report from Swift on our 2008 Challenger, which is on time and ready to be delivered to our dealer.

The Post Delivery Inspection and checks will be done by our dealer early next week and we look forward to collecting it on Thursday. Excitement is mounting!

SwiftGroup and our dealer kept us fully informed with progress whenever we enquired, which we found really helpful.
