Swift Rapide coupling - help!!

Does anyone know what type of coupling comes as standard on the swift rapide 1994 model, the reason I ask is that I am new to caravaning and have been informed that a stabilizer is absolutely necessary but that some couplings have this built in.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Look in Equipment & Accessories section, "Do I need a Stabiliser"

If the coupling has a big red handle the caravan has a coupling with an integrated stabiliser as standard or was fitted with one at a later stage. Without a stabiliser, the handle is much smaller and usually a silvery colour.
