We have a year old Abbey GTS 418, purchased from Discover Newport(no longer dealing)
We had it serviced and also had 2 items of work done under warranty with no problems, we reported 1 other item to them which they photographed to begin the process of getting it done-the inside of the bathroom door has cracked in several places and we are very worried that this may allow water to seep into the wood of the inner door, which could then cause it to swell etc.
I have e-mailed Swift and received some very curt and unhelpful replies, when I persued the matter I received an e-mail asking for our telephone number so that they could contact us to discuss the matter, to this ,so far we have had no response!
As I have seen SwiftGroup responses on this site I wondered if, on reading this that they would follow-up our case to get the matter resolved, A.S.A.P.
