Try posting on this forum, ill stick up for the guys at Swift. They do sort problems with warranty issues and Dealer issues.

They may get problems with some vans but you cannot accuse them of not bothering or caring.

Ive had a few problems with my last 3 vans all Swift group, but they and the the dealer have done everything they could do to help sort them, including a rejection and subsequent deal to exchange.

the best option would be get a good dealer, they are worth there weight in gold. Mine is Highbridge Caravans, and I cant fault them
