Tap replacement

I am needing to replace my Kitchen tap. So far I have loosened off the tap from underneath and pulled the tap up through the sink but I don't know how to pull off the Red plastic tube and the blue one from the tap. Anybody any ideas. Ken
 
On the end of the red and blue pipes are black push fit connectors, there is a collar at the end around the pipe which needs pushing in towards the center of the fitting as you pull the pipe off
