teenages

done something really stupid at the end of last summer, sold my caravan & gave up caravanning after 15 years . i want to buy another one but i have 3 teenagers ( 13,15,17 ), all very well behaved not louts at all . should i or shouldn't i buy a caravan ...please help

Pete - we did the same stupid thing 5 years ago, when our kids were about the same age as yours are now. Last summer we bought a new van, but only a 2 berth as we (wrongly) assumed that our 19,20 & 21 year olds would no longer wish to holiday with us. Well we were wrong! Luckily though being a two berth means they can't come with us in the winter, but only in the summer when they'll have to sleep in the awning! Go for it!

Pete - come back to caravaning. Any teenagers that come with us love to sleep either in a tent (male) or our bedroom annexe (females). That way they can go to sleep when they want to and not get in our way when we get up in the morning and they want to sleep till lunchtime. Happy days!!
