Whenever i have been have found the weather to be much like the UK,could have gorious weather or dull.

Last time i went in 2003 only able to spend 4 days on the beach during our 2 weeks stay, have ventured further South eversince, but again thats no guarentee

I live in Northern Brittany & generally it's 2 or 3 deg C. warmer than Devon or Cornwall.

Southern Brittany is a bit warmer still.

We had a few days at the municipal site in La Roche-Bernard, just North of Saint Nazaire, in the summer.

It was quite cheap & a great location by the river.
