We had an old caravan and went out and bought a modern caravan. This caravan was not new and we got none of the paperwork for working the heating and how to use the fusebox. So this is to thank the help that we received with this caravan. Firstly the assistant manager at the club site in Leek and the manager of the club site at Cannock Chase, it is the friendly club. Next is Carver/Truma lovely person on the telephone supplied copies of the manuals we needed with no trouble at all and Direct Technical Services and although they did charge us rather a lot for 2 sheets of paper we can understand the fuse box better now. Robinson caravans at Worksop for the advice they were able to give us although we did not buy the caravan from them. So thank you all very much.

Good to hear of such good, friendly, cheerfull service these days. One happy customer can do a lot of good to a company that looks after their customers.
