Thetford c400 toilet, intake blocked?

My toilet wasn't flushing, changed fuse etc, turned out pump was knackered and had to replace it and fuse.

Job done, loo worked for about 24 hours then stopped.

Checked & replaced fuse still no joy.

Drained the pink fluid and attempted to replace and the intake pipe is full to max, but the indicator clear tube shows as empty.

Could I have a blockage? Would that prevent the new pump from spinning ?

Any help appreciated.

Go through all of the electrics in the compartment and check connections and fuses. The push pad may have a bad connection so you would have to remove the soft touch cover and expose the PCB to clean connections
