Getting things cleaned and ready for new season,after cleaning toilet cassette and fitting back,it is stuck in the holder.i think I may have put the slider in the wrong way round🙁.has anyone got any ideas to release the cassette
 
We did that once. Someone else freed it for us, but I think it was a combination of jiggling and tugging gingerly.

Jiggle and pull, make sure you realign the blade though. This can be done by gently moving one of the cogs down and slipping over the other cog until realigned
 
Thanks everyone,I managed to get slider out with a cable pulling hook then managed to pry it out.Apparently I fitted the blade disc in the wrong position.the orange button on top(not the press button)with the raised profile has to be in line with the main body.fitted back in van and all ok
