Thionville

There's one in the town - situated along the river bank. We've used it several times but only for an overnight stop. I would describe it as 'adequate'.

Further to the post regarding Thionville, there's another site about twenty miles north of Thionville which we've used. It's Camping Kockelscheuer on the Route de Bettemburg which lies between the A3 and A4 motorways. Large marked out pitches, some on terraces and all with 10amp power. Reception staff speak English.

There is also this one at Volstroff, near Thionville http://www.alanrogers.com/camping/france/lorrainevosges/FR57070

We stayed here on route to and from Switzerland last year and are doing so again this year. Nice enough site, very quiet but easy to find and you can make reservations online.
