Threads made into a Sticky

Is someone getting a bit carried away with Sticky's in the General forum? We now have a Sticky on the reader rally when there is a seperate forum for rallies? This followed by a Xmas gifts which may be better in the Chit Chat forum. Even the IE one could be moved into New Members and it woudl be more appropriate there plus the Avatar one.
Just a suggestion as my fingers are getting tired fo scrolling to read new posts. LOL!

Admin have added some sticky posts over the past few days and seeing as how it's Haymarket's forum who are we to tell them what to write and where It should go? I'm not about to.

As for the IE sticky, that was one of mine.
It was on the New Members message board for ages but apparently no new member ever looked at it.
At one time I seemed to spend most of my time on the forum trying to contact the new members who had ignored the IE sticky with a url back to it for the instructions on how to enable IE

I'l move it back to New Members to make a bit of room for the next lot of stickies though

Update:
I've moved a couple of them from this General message board which makes for less scrolling down to read the latest forum content
