Tilt van during storage

Ours is nose up, simply because otherwise the water pools behind the single rear roof strap. Nose up and the roof drains clear.

Next time I'm at the storage I will check the floor underneath to see where it's wet.

It is a good idea to stop water pooling on the roof. I had thought either way was safe, but Wayne's post does make sense.

Next door at the storage site has an identical van to mine, his is pretty level mine is severely nose down*. Whilst fitting Solar on my dry roof I looked across to his there were big pools of water round the skylight. Convinced me that a sloping roof is a good thing.
Another benefit is that the van faces South so the panel is slightly angled towards the sun.

*So much so that the jockey wheel is only just visible🤔

Mine is in a Barn storage , so no problems especially as we have got rid of the pigeon nest.
But we still have problems of harvest dust.
