I make the assumption that your TomTom sat nav is one of the more recent ones which don't allow you to access the contents via your PC file system. You have to first download some software from the TomTom website, probably called My TomTom. On the TomTom website it will indicate which software you need for your particular model You will have needed to have registered your device online. Once you have done all that go to this website http://www.archiescampings.eu/eng1/ and download the POI's you want. They will download as zip files. I would extract these and save/copy the database and image file to your desktop. Connect your device to your PC and the TomTom software should open automatically once you have signed in. There will be an option to add POI's so select this. When it asks for location browse to desktop and click on the files(separately) and they will load onto your device. Sorry it sounds a bit complicated but good luck.
Thanks for the welcome back. Hadn't realised it had all changed!!!! Been busy over on the CC forum and since I was last here we have changed to a motorhome.
