As lads money was short. The old boy next door never used a torque wrench. But he taught us what FT meant when using the socket set😉....if I answered the OP's question the answer would have to be no.
It is simply a fact that I have caravanned extensively fo 30 years owning 2 caravans.
Neither has been serviced by anyone but me.
Tyres have been renewed by taking loose wheels to ATS and refitting myself.
Brake drums have been removed and serviced.
Wheel bearings were replaced on my first caravan as it had clocked up over 75 thousand miles.
One shot nuts have been replaced.
I have never owned a torque wrench although I have been on a course and taught how to use one.
I still recommend using a torque wrench.....its a case of not taking my own advice 🤔
