never heard of PCT, but if its being fitted toa post 1998 car, then it must be type approved, and so have the Eu numbers on it.

Personally will only fir Witter, but have you also considered Brink.

Just a word of warning:

The fact that a towbar has a type approval marking doesn't necessarily mean that it's any good. It only guarantees you a specified degree of durability and that it is dimensionally compatible with trailer couplings.
 
fitted a pct towbar to a friends fiat marea. Fitted easily and he hasn't had any problems.

Shop arround though, because we got it cheeper (
