Hi, at present i am deciding to purchase a touring caravan and have looked at a few which i have been impressed by. However I own a renault senic 1.4 ( 2003 - facelift model ) and am a little concerned about it's suitablity as a tow car. The touring caravan I have seen is a 1994 lunar premiere 516 lux, which has a mptlm of 1160kgs. The question asked is would my current vehicle be up to the challenge? Whilst I know the caravan is light I am still concerned about the performance of the scenic as a tow vehicle. My present senic is a 53 plate and has only covered 21000 miles. Any advice would be gratefully acceppted, otherwise I may have to look to change the vehicle which I would lose a lot of money on. Thanks
