Hi i,m looking to change my car, ive been looking at a Volvo V50 2.0D sport does anyone have one of these and would they recommend it??? i,m towing a swift challenger 530se with a max weight of 1300kg i tow this at the moment with a Honda CRV 2.0 petrol which tows ok but i sometimes need that wee bit more, i have been told thats because my car is petrol and not diesel.

i,d appreciate any comments god or bad on this car as i havent done a deal on it yet

Hi Senga;I am not sure about the V50 but i tow with S80 diesel and find it pulls great also mpg is very good even when towing;
