Towing Mirrors

I need to get a pair of towing mirrors. I have tried some budget ones from Halfords but they vibrated badly and distorted the image so I returned them. Does anyone have a recommendation please?

Had several sets of "universal" or Halfords type until one flew away

Invested in Vauxhall specific.

Go on same place every time Solid no Problems. well worth the extra.

I have been very happy with the Milenco mirrors that screw onto your existing mirrors. Take a look at http://www.towsure.com/product/14528-Milenco_Flat_Mirror_Twin_Pack

We used the Milencos which were good , some vibration but not to bad. Changed to the Milenco Aero mirrors and they are excellent, No vibration and great rearward vision.

We use the "Suck-It-And-See" mirrors. NO vibration and the added advantage that they can be adjusted from inside the car using the electronics. Some people don't like these because they say they like to be able to see the caravan wheels with their normal car mirrors and the Suck-It-And-See mirrors obscure these. I've found that if placed correctly, you can still use your car mirrors.

I also use the "Suck-It-And-See" mirrors and have had no problems with them. I havn't noticed any vibrations and they are so simple to adjust from inside the car.

I do not recall the make of mirrors, but I bought a pair. One is flat the other is convex, anyone have any idea what the convex one is supposed be for?

The convex is for the near-side (passenger door) and the flat for the off-side (drivers door).

My Suck-It-And-See mirrors were sold as a pair, one convex and one flat. The instruction leaflet explains they are placed on the car as above.

Thanks for that everyone.

I guessed the convex may have been for the nearside and that is how I have been using them but the instructions never mentioned it.

I rate the Milinco one's, I have had loads of types, from wing mounted to mirror mounted and these hardly vibrate at all, discover leisure are doing the for
