Towing with Ford Focus 2.0 TDCI

Does anyboby tow with a new style focus tdci , and can offer any advice on its performance.

The kerb weights i can find is 1400 appx and bhp being 134.

Somewhere I seem to remember practical cravan actually having a red one in the magazine .

Hi pip i tow with a 2.0 tdci 3 door focus and have no probs at all will tow 1500kg but i only pull a two birth thats weight is aproxx 1250kg loaded. i can get about 36 mpg on a good run with van on !!!! not bad i think

hi i tow with a focus 1.6 tdci Focus with no problems i checked car towing weight and mpl of caravan on tow shaw webb site regards mark
