Tracker independant inspectors

Hello does anybody know who regulated the tracker companies?i am looking for an independant inspector who can check out my system and tell me if it is all as it should be or not.

you mean ya cant track down a tracking person to make sure you tracker is working,thats a tracker,its the way i tellem
