Truma heaters

Whilst towing the vent in out heater keeps falling out, at the weekend when we arrived on site I went to put it back in but dropped it behind the heater.

My husband removed the front of the heater to see if we could retreive it but no joy, we decided to take the drawer above it out and a whole lot of ballbearings went across the floor! we retreive the vent and put the front back on the heater only to discover the fan no longer works! we took it off again but couldn't see anything apart from one of the wires had it's coating removed slightly, any ideas what it could be? is there a re-set button or fuse? new to this and to say I wasn't the most popular person is an understatement! also the drawer is without ballbearings now can you purchase a kit? the drawer works but it's not as smooth.

Thanks very much for any comments.

Jacqui. not enough detail about the heater!

What model have you got, which "vent" are you talking about?

Much more detailed info needed to give an answer.

As for the fan not working, how far "off " did you take the fire front?

you have probably disconnected the wires to the fan switch, but again, only guessing unless you give precise details of what you have done.
