Truma heating not switching off at selected temperature

We have a2021 Swift Sprite Major 4EB. Following bringing the caravan out of storage I note that the air blown Truma heating is not switching off at the preset temperature. For example the swift command screen indicate an internal temp of 22C. The heating is set at 20C. The Truma heating is still pushing out hot air. Any ideas?

Where is the thermostat located? Caravan technology is not very accurate so +or - 2c wouldn’t surprise me

We have Truma and I feel the correct temperature is more trial and error than what is shown on the screen. We just find the one that suits us and ignore the screen.

Sadly the caravan manufacturers often do not follow the appliance manufacturers instructions or advice about positioning things like temperature sensors.

I have the same issue..
I think the problem stems from the truma controls perhaps not being linked to the Swift Command measuring sensor, even though the Command system can be used to set up the desired temperature and other truma settings. If the truma heating symbol is not flashing, the controller thinks that the set temp has not been reached, even though the Swift sensor suggests it should have. The Offset function can be used to try and get the systems to agree, but I find that it will still be wrong either at the higher or lower switching temperatures due to huge hysteresis.
I guess I need to find the sensors and see if they can be co- located. It's a shame that the truma panel doesn’t show actual temps, only setpoint temps.

I think that is the case in my Coachman, the sensor for the caravan temperature indicator, is high up, but the sensor for the heater control is lower down,
