I have a avondale realto 2003. My truma ultrastore works perfect on mains but not on gas.It fires up for about 10 seconds then turns off, it also sparks while the burner is lit. I have fitted a new flame rectification electrode and PCB board but it still does not work. Any ideas Arnold
 
Sorry if this is insulting, but it is exactly what we would get wrong-Have you taken the cover thing off from outside?

Hello Arnold,

There are a number of possible causes for the symptom you report.

The PCB and electrode are certainly two, but mels suggestion is another.

Equally is the gas turned on at the isolator valve manifold?

If these simple things do not correct the problem, then I suggest you have a Truma specialist check the caravan.

For your safety and the safety of others, only a competent person should undertake any repairs on gas appliances.
