Truma Ultraflow Compact power connections

We have recently bought a Swift Elegance 570 caravan but cannot get any water to pump from the Aquaroll via the Truma Ultraflow Compact connector. After putting a multimeter on the two connections (and cleaning them to get a good contact) I did not get any voltage there when the pump is switched on in the caravan. I know the main fuse is OK as the pump inside the caravan works fine.

Does anyone know if there is another fuse somewhere or some isolator I could check? The wires seem to join a loom so not sure where they go back to.

The pump was working yesterday but now nothing... any ideas?

Fuse number 6 is the only fuse for pumps.,if you look on wiring diagram. Have you checked that the impeller of the external pump is free by flicking round with a small screwdriver. If free does pump run if you put 12 volts directly on its terminals.

Fuse 6 was OK as the internal caravan pump was working ok. I just didn't realise it's a separate option to run the external pump to fill the internal tank. Found the option and it works OK now 🙂

Thanks!
