Truma Ultrastore Hot water Only working on gas

Hi all

Ive searched the forums, google and YouTube to no avail. This is our first caravan and we have had two trips away. The water will heat up on gas but not electric. Things I have done so far:

Disconnected mains for 20 mins in the hope it would reset
Checked the water pump switch is on and not tripped
Thermostat turned up (but i understand this makes no difference as temp sets to 65 degrees)

Anything im missing or is it possible the element has gone?
 
Check your mains breakers to make sure all are on and that you have mains.
Not knowing what caravan you have, make sure the electrical control system has the water heater switched on.
Make sure the water heater is full of water - they don't work very well without it!
