Truma ultrastore won't light on gas

Hi, I have a sterling Europa 495 (2008). My problem is that the truma ultrastore water heater won't heat up using gas although the electric hook up is fine. There is no green or red light on the control panel. I have took the cover off outside, I have replaced the glass fuse on the pcb. I have no window cut out fitted above the vent outside so that rules that out. I noticed that a 7.5a fuse in my fuse board under the seat keeps blowing as soon as I try and replace one, fuse F4 on the panel. Could it be that? I'm not good with electrics so any advice would have to be in basic terms,
Thanks
Gubbo

Sounds very much like the control board has gone on the Ultraheat. There are actually two fuses on the board, one is a glass one, the other a solid state one which cannot be replaced. It looks like the latter has failed.
