Trumatic ultra heat no heat on electric.

Hi, we have a trumatic space heater in our van which works on gas but gives no heat on electric. The green light is on the control panel and I can hear the relay click when I turn to a power setting. I've just taken the back off in the wardrobe and there's a loose wire - should this be plugged in somewhere?

It will normally either be the higher or lower temperature sensor or the PCB, if it's the PCB I normally change the sensors at the same time if the S3002 side has to come out
